AI Enablement & Training

Hands-on sessions and playbooks that get your team genuinely using the tools — closing the gap between licenses paid for and value realized.

Who this is for

Teams that have AI tools in place — Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, a purpose-built vertical tool — where usage is low, inconsistent, or concentrated in a handful of early adopters. You've paid for the licenses. You're not seeing the value yet.

The problem is almost never that the tools don't work. It's that generic training doesn't create habits. If a project manager and a billing analyst get the same "here's how to use ChatGPT" session, neither of them walks away knowing what to actually do differently on Monday.

What we measure: Not attendance. Active usage rate and meaningful use (prompts that replace real manual work, not just experiments). We set a baseline before the engagement and measure against it throughout. If the number isn't moving, we adjust.

What we build

01

Role-specific use case mapping

For each major role, we identify the 3-5 workflows where AI creates the most leverage. This requires talking to people who actually do the work — not just interviewing managers about what the work is. The use cases that drive adoption are usually unglamorous: first drafts, data formatting, meeting summaries, report templates.

02

Hands-on training sessions

90-minute sessions, by role, built around real work examples from your organization — not vendor demo content. Participants leave with 3-5 specific things they can do differently tomorrow, not a general understanding of what AI is capable of.

03

Custom prompt libraries and playbooks

Written, reusable guides tailored to your tools and workflows. Shared in the systems your team already uses. This is the thing that extends the training beyond the session — prompts people can copy, modify, and build from.

04

Adoption tracking and iteration

We set up usage tracking (most enterprise AI tools have admin dashboards with this data) and review it weekly for 4-6 weeks. If a role isn't adopting, we find out why and adjust. Enablement isn't a one-time event — it's a feedback loop.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the training one-size-fits-all or customized by role?

Always customized by role. A sales rep, an ops manager, and a finance analyst all need AI to do fundamentally different things. We build each training session around the three to five specific tasks that person actually does every day, so the training is immediately applicable rather than theoretical.

How do you measure whether training actually worked?

We track usage data for 30 days after training and compare pre- and post-training task completion times for the workflows we trained on. We also run a simple follow-up survey at 30 days to capture friction points and retrain on anything that didn't land.

How long does the training program take?

Initial role-based training typically runs two to three hours per cohort, broken into two sessions. We recommend no more than 8–10 people per cohort to keep it hands-on. Full company rollout for a 200-person team typically takes four to six weeks of sessions.

What happens when tools or AI capabilities change after training?

AI tools evolve fast. We build a 90-day refresh into every training engagement — a shorter session that updates teams on meaningful capability changes and reinforces adoption. We also give you a simple internal champion playbook so your team leads can keep the momentum going independently.
