The AI Readiness Audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement designed to complete in three weeks. Here's what that looks like:
Kickoff and stakeholder interviews
We talk to the people who actually do the work — managers, individual contributors, IT leads, and whoever holds budget accountability for the initiative. We're mapping what's real, not what the org chart says.
Workflow mapping and gap analysis
We document the 5-10 workflows where AI has the most potential, score them by effort, ROI, and dependency, and identify where current tools or processes create friction. This is the work that most AI consultants skip.
Tool and data audit
What tools do you have? What are people actually using them for? Where are the integration gaps? What does your data look like — is it clean enough to power the automation you're considering? We'll tell you straight.
Roadmap workshop
A working session with your key stakeholders where we walk through findings, pressure-test priorities, and align on sequencing. This is where the roadmap gets built collaboratively — not handed down.
Written deliverable
A written AI Readiness Report with findings, a prioritized opportunity roadmap, and a phased implementation plan with effort estimates and expected outcomes for each initiative. Something you can act on immediately or present to leadership.

What exactly do you assess in an AI readiness audit?
We assess three layers: people (AI literacy, change capacity, stakeholder alignment), process (where automation adds real value vs. where it creates risk), and technical (data quality, integration feasibility, security posture). The output is a prioritized action plan — not just a gap list.
How long does the AI Readiness Audit take?
Three weeks from kickoff to final report. Week one is stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping. Week two is analysis and priority scoring. Week three is the deliverable: a written audit report, scored readiness matrix, and a 60-minute readout with your team.
What deliverables come out of the audit?
You receive a written audit report (typically 15–20 pages), a scored readiness matrix across people/process/technical dimensions, a prioritized initiative roadmap with effort and impact estimates, and a recorded readout session your team can reference later.
Do you need to involve our IT team in the audit?
Yes, at least partially. We'll need 30–60 minutes with whoever manages your data infrastructure to assess integration feasibility and data quality. We keep that conversation focused and non-disruptive — we're not asking for a full technical audit, just enough to give you an honest feasibility picture.
