Scope and go-live criteria
Before anything is built, we define what "live" means and what "done" means. Clear scope, agreed milestones, and explicit go-live criteria that everyone has signed off on. This eliminates the most common implementation killer: shifting scope.
Technical integration
Connecting the AI tool with your existing systems — CRM, project management, communications, data sources. We manage the technical work and the vendor relationship, and flag integration problems before they become go-live blockers.
Phased rollout design
We don't roll out to everyone on day one. We design a phased approach: a pilot with 10-20 users, a feedback loop, iteration, then expansion. This is standard practice on enterprise implementations. It's also how you catch problems before they hit your whole organization.
Training and enablement
Role-specific, hands-on training built around your actual workflows — not vendor demo content. We also build written playbooks and prompt libraries so the knowledge lives beyond the training session.
Post-launch support
We stay engaged for 4-6 weeks post-launch, tracking adoption metrics, running feedback loops, and addressing what's not working. This is where the rollout either sticks or doesn't.

Do you stay involved after the initial launch?
We include a 30-day post-launch check-in in every implementation engagement. If adoption is lagging, we diagnose the cause and adjust. If you want ongoing fractional AI PM support after that, we can structure a retainer — but our goal is to make you self-sufficient, not dependent on us.
