Who this is for

How the evaluation works
Requirements definition
Before looking at any tools, we define what you actually need: functional requirements, integration requirements, data and security requirements, budget range, and internal technical capacity. This eliminates vendors immediately — usually more than half the market isn't actually relevant to your situation.
Market scan and shortlist
We scan the relevant market and build a shortlist of 3-5 vendors that genuinely fit your requirements. We're looking at the total picture: functionality, pricing model, implementation complexity, support quality, vendor stability, and whether the roadmap fits where you're going.
Demo evaluation
We structure demos around your actual use cases — not vendor-designed demo flows. We give you a scoring rubric before the demos so evaluation is consistent across vendors. We help you ask the questions vendors don't want to answer: implementation timelines, data portability, what happens if you want to leave.
Recommendation
A written recommendation with a scored comparison matrix, the reasoning behind our pick, and an honest assessment of the risks and tradeoffs. Not a balanced "here are the pros and cons of each" — a clear recommendation you can act on and defend to stakeholders.

Do you take referral fees or commissions from vendors?
Never. We have no financial relationship with any AI vendor, platform, or tool provider. Our only income is the fee you pay us for the engagement. This is how we guarantee our recommendation reflects your requirements, not a sales relationship.
How do you evaluate AI tools objectively?
We score each tool against a weighted criteria matrix built from your specific requirements: integration fit, pricing model, data security and compliance posture, vendor stability, and real-world user reviews from comparable companies. Every evaluation includes a structured trial period with your actual workflows, not vendor demos.
What if we've already shortlisted or started evaluating tools?
That's fine — we can pick up mid-evaluation. We'll review your shortlist against the criteria matrix, identify any gaps in your evaluation criteria, and run structured trials on tools you may have overlooked. Many clients find we surface at least one strong alternative they hadn't considered.
How long does vendor selection typically take?
Four to six weeks for a focused evaluation of two to four tools. The process includes a requirements workshop (week 1), structured vendor trials (weeks 2–4), scoring and recommendation (week 5), and a written recommendation memo you can use to brief your leadership and legal teams.
