Owning an operations automation build end to end
The situation
An operations team had identified a manual, error-prone intake process ripe for automation, but had no internal bandwidth to scope it, manage a vendor, and drive it to launch. The initiative kept slipping.
What we did
We embedded as the fractional AI project manager and took end-to-end ownership: scoping the workflow, selecting and managing the vendor, coordinating IT and the business, and running the rollout and training. We treated the pilot as the first slice of production from day one.
The outcome
The manual intake process was replaced with a reliable automated system that held up under real volume, freeing the team's time for higher-value work and removing a recurring source of errors.
